Congestive Heart Failure; High Blood Pressure; Obesity; Mobility Issues; Leg Discoloration

David St. R. December 2, 2024

My grandmother who was in congestive heart failure, was on oxygen, had high blood pressure, discoloration in her legs, mobility issues, sinus and sleeping problems along with a hernia.

Once we were able to get her out of the hospital and on a raw food diet of mostly fruits she was able to drop 50lbs in 16 weeks with minimal exercise and over 90lbs in a year and all of these issues improved or fully reversed.

This is how weight loss works: Fat is just acid pushed out into fatty adipose tissue to protect the organs from the acidic waste from our dietary choices and from our metabolic acids (cellular breakdown). Drop the acid and you’ll drop the fat.

Elimination is also crucial here. I had her do minimal exercises but made sure she was sweating often. If you aren’t eliminating, the weight will not drop no matter how good the diet is.
