Extremely Sick; Health Improvements; Muscle Gain without Working Out
I cannot believe how eating predominantly fruit secondarily veggies is putting muscle back on my body without working out.
A year ago at this time, I was extremely sick. So I started eating fruit and following Dr. Robert Morse’s protocol and I lost a lot of weight.
I am 90% better today; and my body is starting to rebuild itself .
I have been drinking a lot of watermelon juice and eating a lot of watermelons.
I guess putting on muscle is due to the amino acids in the Watermelons?
Somebody help me out here!
