Severe Gout; Depression; Chronic Constipation; Seasonal Allergies; Sinus Infections; Heart Irregularities
I just wanted to reach out to Dr. Morse and staff with a HUGE THANK YOU for spreading the message of truth and healing.
I owe a great debt to Dr. Morse for providing the information that kept me out of a wheelchair and ultimately getting my life and happiness back, and even propelling it to levels much higher than before.
THANK YOU for making such a grand effort to spread truth while somehow mysteriously remaining motivated to keep fighting for humanity and spreading this knowledge. You’re a very special person and much needed in such a time of mass confusion. Attached is a before/after picture and here’s my story if you have the time to read:
I grew up in Dallas, TX eating the SAD diet high in meat/dairy/bread. I was always an overweight kid and overeater. I loved food! CHEESE was my favorite. In 2014 this would all catch up to me, I suffered my first gout attack at the age of 29.
With my first gout attack, I didn’t really understand what was happening, I thought I had injured my toe somehow and it would go away. After weeks with only minimal improvement, I visited a podiatrist and diagnosis was gout. Immediately the doc wanted to prescribe meds however even though I wasn’t very conscious with my diet, I was aware enough to be hesitant to go down the pharmaceutical rabbit hole.
I told him to put a hold on the prescription and I’d get back to him. All of my research after that pointed to only old men having gout, and not young men. I also read it can be managed with diet so I decided to change that.
Later I’d discover age isn’t the factor, it’s the level of filth in the lymphatic system. I went vegetarian and eventually vegan however I was naive in thinking just because a vegan label is slapped on it, it’s healthy. I was eating loads of processed vegan mock meats, cheeses, and grains.
My problems were actually getting worse.. more frequent and intense gout attacks. Even with the addition of prescription allopurinol the attacks continued.
Then came my worst nightmare when I gave into prescription drugs.. Prednisone. At first it seemed like magic. Pop a dose pack and I can get back to work the next day.. no need to change my diet because now I have a magic pill when I need it.
This went on for a few years, and over time, the prednisone wasn’t working anymore and the doc was increasing the dosage amount. Not any longer was it a low mg dose pack.. it increased to 10mg daily.. 20mg.. 50mg.. 60mg.. The gout wasn’t just in my big toe any longer, I was having intense pain/heat in both lateral portions of feet, my right knee, my right elbow, wrist, and shoulder.
Then the real scary stuff started with higher dose prednisone: incredible mood swings, no sleep, retaining water (sometimes I’d gain up to 10 lbs throughout 1 day), constipation, intense shortness of breath, on top of the gout attack that won’t go away even with drugs.
Even though I’d visited many doctors already, I was then referred to specialist, a rheumatologist that specialized in arthritic conditions. My wife went with me, our spirits were high that we were finally going to get the answers we’d been looking for, my problems were about to be solved!
After lots of testing and multiple visits, the discovery was elevated rheumatoid factor in blood, and the treatment.. Methotrexate. After reading about the drug, I made a decision I was done with medical doctors to treat this condition, I had to find another answer.
In 2017 I discovered John Rose on YouTube, and after communicating in the solid food vacation group, someone referred me to Dr. Morse. I binged every video looking for answers and learning little by little. By this time I was already on Jack Vale’s 28-day juice only program after watching super juice me, and I was thirsty for more knowledge.
Dr. Morse opened my eyes to how the biological processes of the body truly work and at that time I knew what I had to do. I booked a consult with the clinic, got my herbs, and stuck to fruits, berries, and melons. It was 2 years of a hellish experience trying to get my bodily functions back after the damage prednisone had done.
The gout attacks continued and I’d low dose prednisone if it was so bad that I needed it to go to work. It took 6-months for my kidneys to begin to filter and I felt it when they cracked open. I urinated in a jar every morning for many months waiting for a sign.
My family didn’t quite understand my excitement the morning I discovered sediment in my urine, mainly just got blank, disgusted stares, but I was ecstatic! Little did I know, I still had a long journey ahead of me, the kidneys cracking open is just the first step, now all the junk needed to come out.
Before the kidneys cracked, I developed crazy skin rashes while on juice/fruits.. I was stirring the pot but the lymph had nowhere to go. After the kidneys cracked, I continued on this protocol with limited cheats.
I had been doing fairly well and got comfortable which was a mistake. Holiday season 2019 I decided I’d be fine to partake in eating all kinds of fun vegan processed, protein rich holiday foods.
Filtration stopped and back came the intense gout attack. Solution? Well… maybe I can take higher doses prednisone one more time. I guess I had to learn my lesson more than once. I was on the couch, heart racing, lungs compressed, couldn’t breath, and mildly panicking.
I never took another prednisone pill after that day and I stayed on the protocol strict 2020-2023. I’m proud to say I’ve been gout attack free for almost 6 years now. Dr. Morse taught me the link between fungus and uric acid.. this information is incredibly difficult to find. Licorice root helped during times of low blood pressure and adrenals not kicking.
I’ve been constipated my whole life, the things that came out of my intestines were horrid. I was a heavy bread eater. I took up cycling to move lymph once the kidneys cracked open, and now I have a strong passion for road cycling and ride with several groups in my area and I’ve become quite strong in the sport.
During my journey I went from around 250 lbs down to 130 lbs at my lowest. I’m 5’9″. I’m stable now around 150 lbs. I’m 40 years young. I make fresh juice every morning, eat fruit or smoothie at lunch, and salad for dinner. Without the information from Dr. Morse and others alike, I’m convinced I’d be in a wheelchair and on my way to an early grave.
Possibly divorced and alone. While my main goal was to stop having gout attacks, other things cleared such as crippling depression, low self worth, mysterious pain/edema in my left leg, no more sinus infections, no more seasonal flus, no more getting sick or seasonal allergies, no more stomach viruses, no more erratic heartbeats, plus many other things I’m likely forgetting. I don’t know how I could ever thank you enough, you’re truly my hero and my perspective is forever changed.
My sincerest and deepest Thank you to your and your team Dr. Morse. I’d love to come to FL just to give you a hug, although I’m crying just thinking about it so…. I don’t know what the heck my emotions would do if I actually saw you. You’re the best and keep up the good work saving people from the dark corners of the world.
Much Love and Peace
