Approach Taken
Pele transitioned to a fruit-based diet, eliminating dairy, meat and cooked foods over several months. Focused on eating seven different colored fruits daily while spacing meals every 1-2 hours instead of traditional three meals. Combined this with yoga practice emphasizing internal cleansing and gut health.
Results Achieved
