Heal Psoriasis Naturally through a Raw Foods Diet
Sandra shares her experience of healing from a 20-year battle with psoriasis using natural methods.
After switching to a predominantly fruit-based diet (50-70% of her intake), she experienced significant improvements in her skin health.
Her approach included daily sauna sessions followed by cold showers, dry brushing for lymphatic circulation, and the incorporation of medicinal herbs through teas and extracts.
Sandra meticulously tracks her progress by monitoring her "fruit days" versus other days each month.
Another helpful step in the healing process was eliminating chemical-laden moisturizers and replacing them with natural alternatives like organic coconut and olive oils.

Special Notes
Sandra's tips:
- Switch to a raw foods diet. Fruit being the MAIN source of your calories. Juicing is very healing. Juice fasting would be best.
- More medicial herbs in your diet. You can buy Dr. Morse's herbal formulas or you can have fresh herbs in your diet by juicing them, eating them in a salad or making a smoothie with them. Dandelion is one of my favorite.
- Sauna! Sweat :) Or better yet do bikram yoga classes to get a work out and sweat at the same time.

- Throw out moisturizers and use natural moisturizing products. Coconut oil, jojoba oil, olive oil.
